Your privacy
When you use Ask Tina, we save your name, email address and message in a private website inbox so Tina and Shane can respond. Email notifications are handled separately through FormSubmit and may be delayed. FormSubmit may retain submitted messages for up to 30 days. We also keep a submission reference, delivery status, a hash of the message details and a daily hashed network address to prevent duplicates and spam. Your message stays in the private inbox until it is removed by the business. Please keep payment details and other sensitive information out of your message. Flower orders and payments go through Square.
Google Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google receives page visits and standard browser/device information to help us understand how this website is used. Analytics cookies can recognize returning visits.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Automatic form and link tracking is off. If Analytics is allowed when you return after checkout, our server checks Square for a completed payment before sending a purchase event. It contains a transaction ID, USD amount, delivery/tax totals and generic flower product names and quantities. It contains no order notes, colors, buyer contact or payment-card details. Purchases where the buyer does not return or does not allow Analytics may be absent from reports. Square remains the payment record. We do not send order details, card messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment-card information to Analytics. Our configured page addresses omit query strings and fragments, and external referrers are reduced to their origin.
Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Keeping analytics off clears this site's Analytics cookies and stops future collection; it does not erase information Google already received. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signal keeps Analytics off.
Ordering and Square checkout work independently of Analytics. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing. For questions, send Tina a message.
